TCMAA

The activities of the TCMAA include:

Quarterly seminars and annual symposiums.  The academic committee selects the topics of these presentations according to the recent clinical and basic scientific research as it impacts Western and traditional Chinese medicine.  Participants thus gain an understanding of expanding fields of knowledge and how such knowledge can be used in a practical way with patients.

American Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine:  This semi-annual journal reports the most recent information and breakthroughs in basic and clinical research.  Its readers include traditional Chinese and Western medical practitioners, medical students, and medical research professionals.  Our Journal also is in the collection of the Library of Congress.

www.tcmaa.org:  Our website serves as a window to introduce T.C.M.A. to a wider audience.

New York Traditional Chinese Medicine Forum:  In cooperation with the China Traditional Chinese Medicine Association and Western medical associations, the New York Traditional Chinese Medicine Forum provides the opportunity of communication between Western and Chinese medical practitioners to improve understanding and exchange ideas for the benefit of their patients.

Inter Vision:  A bi-monthly publication for member outreach, Inter Vision encompasses news of the organization, clinical notes, brief reports, letters to the editor, and meeting announcements.
